Project teams and group bookings
Send a rooming list showing each traveller's arrival, departure, occupancy and need for a separate bedroom. Our current inventory is six bookable units in Roman Ridge and Cantonments, not a large hotel room block. Several apartments may be needed for a team, and a group allocation depends on matching live dates across units. Do not assume all travellers can be placed in the same building.
Employer approvals and billing
Identify the person authorised to approve the quote, the billing contact and any purchase-order or invoice requirements before payment. Include staggered arrivals, shift patterns, workspace needs and extension decisions. Confirm apartment-specific inclusions and cancellation terms in writing.
Assignments lasting a month or more
Use the extended-stay guide for longer assignments. Penthouse Suite NOVA has a published $2,600 starting extended-stay rate for 28 nights or more; other units and team arrangements are quoted for the required dates.
